Who this policy covers
Velox Originals is the creative studio within the Velox family. For questions about information you share through this website, contact contact@veloxautomate.com.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, selected service and project message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project and maintain relevant business correspondence. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Technical information
The hosting provider may maintain access and security logs. The contact endpoint uses an essential session cookie to protect form submissions. Abuse prevention stores hashed network identifiers and recent submission timestamps; expired entries are removed on a later submission attempt.
Services involved
Website hosting, email delivery and the configured DNS/CDN provider may process information necessary to operate the website and deliver enquiries. The supplied website has no analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Uploaded portfolio videos are served from this website unless an alternative is configured.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to discuss or carry out the relevant project and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information by emailing us. Any information we are required to retain may be excluded from deletion.

External services have their own privacy policies. We may update this notice when the website or its services change.
